Norman Yahraus, worked in the industry for over 40 years. He served as an Executive Vice President and Corporate Executive of GES Exposition Services until 1995. He then worked with Sheldon Adelson as a Vice President to establish and manage all of the in-house technical services at the Sands Exposition & Convention Center. From that concept, he formed TEAM Co. in 1999 to help other hotel/resort properties generate better revenue from their convention and meeting room facilities. In addition to pioneering the billing & management service concept, he developed and held patents for several electrical inventions which are widely used in the trade show and convention industry today. Mr. Yahraus also implemented safe methods of hanging and supporting overhead production equipment used for the more technical expositions.
He is missed but his principles; dedication and tenacity remain in the lessons he taught and the guidance he gave each of us.

President, Deanna Lowell has been in the industry for more than 25 years and has worked in many facets of the business, from customer service to General Manager for the Electrical Division of GES Exposition Services (TSE Electrical). When the Sands Exposition & Convention Center took its technical services in-house, she worked as the Administrative Manager, developing the billing practices, customer service and accounting procedures for those services. She later became the Administrative Manager in Las Vegas for Smart City Networks, a telecommunications and internet services provider for convention facilities including the Las Vegas Convention Center.
TEAM Clean’s Manager
TEAM Clean’s Manager, Mr. Alex Benitez, started his professional career in the area of aircraft parts fabrication in the early 1980’s. While working for this organization out of Los Angeles California his company CEO also specialized in a Convention and Trade Show cleaning service. During a scheduled convention Alex was asked if he knew of anyone that could work the show. When Alex arrived with additional workers there were no supervisors so he took the initiative of supervising the large crew to get the job done. From that experience his untapped skills as a leader had begun. Show after show Alex worked his way up and excelled quickly to the position of manager, far surpassing his peers.
For 25 years Alex has gained much experience in the cleaning industry, leaving a very professional impression on all those he comes in contact with. Some previous positions he’s held were as an Assistant Manager for a national cleaning company. Alex was responsible for on-site management of local and events across the United States managing the cleaning for major national and international conventions. This included events such as the World of Concrete conference in Chicago, Illinois which covered in excess of 1.2 million square feet and over 300 crew members. Another show he has managed was the Super Show at the World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia
In his current position as the TEAM Clean Manager, he continues to show his worth as an extremely knowledgeable manager in the field. With his enthusiastic heart for service, and his keen eye for detail, Alex has set himself far apart from his competitors. He insists on using only the safest and quietest equipment that will assist you in making your setup pleasurable. As a leader in the cleaning business Alex has been supportive of the Green Initiative for a better environment and assists facilities to accomplish those goals.
Alex is a proven leader that has established himself as a key element for making sure every event is problem free and a great success. Alex prides himself on creating an atmosphere of professionalism, cleanliness and good work ethics. With mottos such as “Let us clean their show one time and I assure you they will call us back” and “It’s not all about the price, but the quality of service and how you treat your workers”, Alex has taken TEAM Clean a very long way in the industry.
